Executive Chef



We are a prestigious restaurant in the heart of Jerusalem seeking an experienced and creative Executive Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a strong background in culinary arts, as well as excellent leadership and management skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop new menu items and ensure high quality standards are maintained
- Oversee the kitchen staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
- Manage inventory and control food costs
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with suppliers to source high quality ingredients
- Create unique dining experiences for our guests

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
- Culinary degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary: 1600$
Location: Jerusalem (preference for Israeli nationals)
