Part-Time Construction Manager
Location: Jerusalem, Israel


We are in need of a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our construction projects on a part-time basis. As the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. This is an urgent position that requires immediate availability.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules, ensuring they are completed within budget and on time.
- Monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure project goals are met.
- Coordinate with contractors, sub-contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect the progress of construction work.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and making cost-saving decisions.
- Review and approve contractor bids and proposals.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, contractors, etc.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction methods.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proven experience in budget management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to identify potential issues before they arise.

We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this part-time position. Please note that this role does not include accommodation or visa sponsorship.
