Job Title: Construction Manager


A reputable construction company in the heart of Jerusalem is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our various projects. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of the construction process, from initial planning to project completion. This is a contract job with a competitive salary of 1600$ per month, including free visa and ticket for all nationalities.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and schedules, including budgeting and resource allocation
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project execution
- Monitor progress and quality of work on construction sites to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations
- Manage and motivate on-site personnel to achieve maximum efficiency and productivity
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status and address any concerns or issues that may arise
- Conduct regular inspections of construction sites to identify potential risks or delays and take necessary corrective actions
- Collaborate with procurement team to source materials at competitive prices without compromising quality standards
- Ensure all relevant permits, licenses, and certifications are obtained in a timely manner for each project

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, costs, and legal regulations
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Outstanding communication and leadership abilities
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g. Primavera)
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
