Responsibilities:
- Designing and preparing a variety of desserts and pastries, including cakes, tarts, mousses, and other sweet delicacies
- Developing new recipes that complement our restaurant's menu and concept
- Ensuring all desserts are visually appealing and presented in an attractive manner
- Maintaining high levels of food quality and hygiene standards
- Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed
- Training and supervising junior pastry chefs or assistants

Requirements:
- Proven experience working as a Pastry Chef in a fine dining restaurant or hotel
- In-depth knowledge of various pastry techniques, ingredients, equipment, and tools
- Creativity in developing unique dessert recipes while also being able to execute classic desserts flawlessly
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines without compromising on quality
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with other team members

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree or certification preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Pastry Chef in a fine dining establishment
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Hebrew is an advantage but not required

Salary:
