We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Part-Time Sales Manager to join our team in Jerusalem, Israel. As a part-time employee, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all sales activities in the region. You will work closely with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to increase sales and meet company goals.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to upper management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the region
- Train and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our products/services

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead a team and meet targets in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset
- Familiarity with CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Fluent in English (Hebrew is an advantage)
