- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using industrial dishwashers or by hand
- Ensure dishes and cooking equipment are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
- Assist with basic food preparation such as peeling vegetables and portioning ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen area including sweeping, mopping, and taking out trash
- Adhere to food safety standards at all times
- Report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance issues to management

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a dishwasher preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
