Handyman

As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of repair and maintenance tasks in our residential buildings located in Jerusalem. You will use your skills and experience to ensure that our buildings are safe, functional and aesthetically pleasing for our tenants. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks such as fixing leaky faucets, changing light bulbs, and repairing broken appliances
- Perform minor electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs
- Paint and touch up walls, ceilings, and other surfaces as needed
- Install or repair fixtures such as door handles, locks, and window screens
- Inspect buildings for potential safety hazards and report any issues to management
- Respond promptly to tenant requests for maintenance services
- Keep accurate records of maintenance performed and materials used
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a handyman or similar role preferred
- Knowledge of basic repair techniques in areas such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, etc.
- Ability to use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects when necessary
- Valid biometric passport (for international applicants)
- Fluent in English (Hebrew proficiency is an asset)
