Back-End Developer (Contract) - Acre, Israel

In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining the server-side logic of our web applications, ensuring high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will work closely with our front-end developers and design team to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of programming languages such as Java, Python or Ruby, as well as experience with database management and API development. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain server-side code for web applications
- Collaborate with front-end developers and design team to integrate user-facing elements
- Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability
- Implement data storage solutions using databases or other data storage solutions
- Design APIs for seamless communication between front-end and back-end systems
- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions
- Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in back-end development

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Proven experience as a Back-End Developer or similar role
- Strong understanding of programming languages such as Java, Python or Ruby
- Experience with database management systems (SQL or NoSQL)
- Familiarity with front-end languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Expertise in API development and integration
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
