Office Manager
As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for managing the administrative and operational tasks of our office in Jerusalem. This includes overseeing daily office operations, maintaining office supplies, coordinating meetings and events, managing office budgets, and supervising administrative staff. You will also be responsible for maintaining a professional and organized work environment, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and providing support to various departments as needed.
To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. You should also have strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software is required.
Responsibilities:

This is a full-time position based in Jerusalem. Salary is $1200 per month without accommodation provided. Candidates must have their own visa or be eligible to work in Israel.
