Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure
- Provide information and recommendations about local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Handle guest requests and inquiries promptly and efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and appearance of lobby area
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest needs
- Make reservations for guests at local establishments
- Assist with check-in/out process as needed
- Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, etc.)
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1200$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Jerusalem. Accommodation is not provided, but we can assist with finding suitable housing options. Visa sponsorship is available for all nationalities.
