Concierge at Luxury Hotel in Jerusalem


We are in search of a professional and attentive Concierge to join our team at a luxury hotel in Jerusalem. As the Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and ensuring their needs and requests are met promptly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about the hotel, amenities, and local attractions
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, events, or tours
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Handle guest complaints or issues with professionalism and find suitable solutions
- Maintain knowledge of current events, attractions, and points of interest in Jerusalem
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experience
- Ensure lobby area is clean and presentable at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality management preferred
- Previous experience as a concierge or in a customer service role preferred
- Knowledge of Jerusalem's cultural attractions, restaurants, and nightlife
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1400 per month for this position.

Location:
This position is based at our luxury hotel located in the heart of Jerusalem. Accommodation is not provided.
