Heavy Equipment Operator

Our growing construction company in Acre is seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. In this role, you will operate various heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders to assist in the construction and maintenance of roads, buildings, and other structures.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment according to safety standards and regulations
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment
- Follow project plans and blueprints to complete tasks efficiently
- Safely transport materials using heavy equipment
- Communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience operating heavy equipment
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to read blueprints and follow project plans
- Strong communication skills
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
