Job Title: Entry Level Computer Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Ashdod. As an Entry Level Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients. This includes identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving hardware, software, and network issues. Your role will also involve installing and configuring computer systems and applications for our clients.

To excel in this position, you should have a strong understanding of computer systems and be able to explain technical concepts in simple terms to non-technical users. You must also have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Previous experience in a customer service or technical support role is preferred but not required.

As we work with clients from various backgrounds and nationalities, proficiency in English is a must. Fluency in Hebrew or other languages is a plus. Additionally, candidates must have a valid biometric passport for international travel purposes.

This is an entry-level position with opportunities for growth within the company.
