Instrument Technician - Acre, Israel

As an Instrument Technician in our company located in Acre, Israel, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining and repairing various types of instruments used for measuring and controlling processes in our manufacturing plant. Your role will involve working with a variety of tools and equipment to ensure that all instruments are calibrated correctly and functioning properly. You will also be required to troubleshoot any issues that may arise with the instruments and make necessary repairs or replacements.

Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain and repair a wide range of instruments such as gauges, meters, sensors, controllers, and transmitters
- Inspect instruments for accuracy, cleanliness and proper functioning
- Calibrate instruments according to specifications to ensure accurate readings
- Troubleshoot any malfunctions or issues with instruments and make necessary repairs or replacements
- Keep detailed records of all maintenance activities performed on instruments
- Communicate with other departments to coordinate instrument maintenance schedules
- Train new employees on proper use and maintenance of instruments

Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Instrument Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of different types of instrumentation used in manufacturing processes
- Familiarity with various tools and equipment used for instrument calibration and repair
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Good communication skills to work effectively with other departments

Preferred:
- Certification or degree in instrumentation technology or related field
- Experience working in a manufacturing plant environment
