PHP Developer


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PHP Developer to join our team in Ashdod. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality web applications using PHP programming language. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for creating innovative solutions. This is a contract position with a salary of 1500$, with accommodation and visa sponsorship provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web applications using PHP programming language
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop and implement new features
- Troubleshoot and debug issues in existing codebase
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and consistency

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a PHP Developer or similar role
- Strong knowledge of PHP web frameworks such as Laravel, CodeIgniter, etc.
- Proficient understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, etc.
- Experience working with MySQL database design and optimization
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with agile development methodologies
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs integration
- Experience working with AWS or other cloud platforms

Location:
This position is located in Ashdod, Israel. Relocation assistance may be provided for the right candidate.

Salary & Benefits:
This is a contract position with a salary of 1500$. Accommodation will be provided during the contract period. Visa sponsorship is also available for non-Israeli candidates.
