Pastry Chef
The Pastry Chef will be responsible for creating and preparing a variety of desserts, pastries, and other baked goods. They will work closely with the kitchen team to develop new menu items, maintain high-quality standards, and ensure timely and efficient service. The Pastry Chef will also be responsible for managing inventory, ordering supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare a variety of desserts and pastries according to recipes and quality standards.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and seasonal offerings.
- Manage inventory of ingredients, equipment, and supplies.
- Order supplies as needed to maintain stock levels.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times.
- Train and supervise assistant pastry chefs.
- Follow strict food safety procedures at all times.
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure timely service of desserts.
- Create visually appealing dessert presentations.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of different types of pastries, desserts, and baking techniques.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Familiarity with sanitation regulations.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds.

Preferred:
- Culinary degree or certification in pastry arts or baking.
- Previous experience in high-volume or fine dining restaurants.

Location:
This position is located in Beer-Sheva, Israel. However, we are open to considering candidates from other locations who are willing to relocate.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per month based on experience and qualifications.
