Job Title: Skilled Handyman



We are in search of a skilled and experienced Handyman to join our team in Beer-Sheva. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our facilities.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
- Inspect and troubleshoot equipment and systems for any issues
- Repair or replace damaged or faulty equipment
- Conduct routine inspections to identify potential problems and address them in a timely manner
- Keep track of inventory and order supplies as needed
- Ensure all work is completed according to safety standards
- Communicate with building management to schedule repairs and maintenance work
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or similar role
- Knowledge of general maintenance procedures for plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
- Ability to use hand and power tools effectively
- Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects and climb ladders
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail for identifying potential issues
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Basic knowledge of safety protocols related to maintenance work

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1000 per month without accommodation.

Location:
This position is based in Beer-Sheva.
