Job Title: Part-Time Concierge in Beer-Sheva, Israel


We are in search of a reliable and friendly Part-Time Concierge to join our team at a luxury apartment building in the vibrant city of Beer-Sheva, Israel. As a Concierge, you will serve as the first point of contact for residents and guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring their needs are met during their stay.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome residents and guests upon arrival
- Answer phone calls, emails and handle inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Schedule appointments for residents with building amenities such as gym or pool
- Assist with check-ins and check-outs for short-term rentals
- Maintain cleanliness of lobby area and common spaces
- Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, transportation options, etc.
- Handle resident requests for services such as housekeeping or maintenance
- Maintain inventory of supplies and restock as needed

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (Hebrew is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to multitask and work independently
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must be available to work on weekends
