Data Mining Analyst


As a Data Mining Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing and interpreting large datasets to identify patterns and trends that will inform business decisions. You will use a variety of techniques and tools to mine data from various sources, including databases, web scraping, and text analysis. Your insights and recommendations will drive business strategies and optimize processes.

Responsibilities:
- Collecting data from various sources such as databases, social media, web scraping, etc.
- Cleaning and organizing large datasets for analysis.
- Using statistical methods to analyze data and identify patterns.
- Creating visualizations to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and provide data-driven solutions.
- Developing algorithms and models for predictive analytics.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data mining techniques.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or related field.
- Proven experience in data mining or related field.
- Strong understanding of statistical concepts and methods.
- Proficient in using programming languages such as SQL, Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and analytically.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively present complex information to non-technical stakeholders.

Salary:
1500$ per month

Location:
Ashdod, Israel (remote work may be considered)
