Office Assistant
We are hiring an Office Assistant to join our team in Jerusalem. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and assisting with various office tasks. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual who is able to work in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable using computers and other office equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails
- Scheduling appointments and managing calendars
- Filing and organizing documents
- Ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory
- Assisting with basic accounting tasks, such as invoicing and data entry
- Performing general administrative duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and mailing
- Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Assisting with special projects or events as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Prior experience in an office setting is preferred but not required
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time position with a salary of $1300 per month. The working hours are Monday-Friday from 9am to 5pm. We do not provide accommodation or cover visa expenses for this position.
