Office Manager (Jerusalem)
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team in Jerusalem. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and ensuring its smooth functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise administrative staff, including receptionists, secretaries, and administrative assistants
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to maintain an efficient work environment
- Monitor office supplies and inventory, ensuring timely replenishment
- Oversee budget and expenses related to office operations
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance, equipment repairs, etc.
- Maintain employee records and handle HR-related tasks such as onboarding, leave requests, etc.
- Schedule meetings and appointments, manage calendars for senior management
- Serve as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software programs
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
- Biometric passport is required due to the nature of our work
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month for this full-time position.
Location:
Our office is based in Jerusalem. Preference will be given to candidates who are currently residing in or willing to relocate to Jerusalem.
