Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients through online channels such as chat, email, and social media.
- Respond to client inquiries in a timely manner and provide accurate information.
- Assist clients with troubleshooting and technical issues related to our products.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products and services.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge of basic computer programs and internet navigation.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred but not required.
