Job Title: Facade Specialist



As a Facade Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, constructing, and maintaining the exterior facades of buildings in Ashdod. Your main focus will be on creating aesthetically pleasing and functional facades that withstand weather elements and provide energy efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop facade systems for various building types, including commercial, residential, and institutional
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to ensure facade design meets structural requirements
- Select appropriate materials for facades based on functionality, durability, and cost-effectiveness
- Oversee the installation of facades, including supervising contractors and ensuring quality control
- Conduct regular inspections of existing facades to identify any maintenance or repair needs
- Research new facade technologies and materials to stay up-to-date with industry developments

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience working with facades in a professional setting
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations related to facade design and construction
- Proficiency in CAD software for creating detailed facade drawings
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines

Salary: $1500 per month (negotiable based on experience)

This is a full-time position without accommodation provided. Candidates must have their own visa that allows them to work in Ashdod.
