We are hiring a skilled Roofer to join our team in Ashdod. As a Roofer, you will be responsible for repairing and installing roofs on various structures, including residential and commercial buildings. You will work with a variety of materials such as tiles, shingles, metal, and asphalt to ensure the structural integrity and durability of roofs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect roofs to identify damages and determine the best course of action for repairs or replacements
- Install new roofs or replace old ones according to building codes and safety standards
- Measure and cut roofing materials to fit specific roof sizes and shapes
- Repair damaged roofs by replacing missing shingles, tiles, or flashing
- Apply waterproofing materials to prevent leaks and water damage
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects within given deadlines
- Adhere to safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Roofer or similar role
- Familiarity with different roofing materials and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical specifications
- Physical stamina and ability to work at heights in varying weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license preferred
