Finisher Assistant


We are hiring a Finisher Assistant to join our team in Ashdod. This is a contract job with a starting salary of $1300. As a Finisher Assistant, you will work closely with our experienced finishers to assist in the completion of various projects.

Responsibilities:
- Assist finishers in the preparation and finishing of surfaces for painting or coating
- Help with the application of paint, stain, or other finishes according to specifications
- Clean and maintain equipment and work area
- Perform quality checks on finished surfaces to ensure they meet standards
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear
- Communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors
- Learn and develop skills in finishing techniques and materials

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely
- Prior experience in construction or manufacturing (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of hand tools and equipment used in finishing processes (preferred)
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed
- Ability to work well with a team in a fast-paced environment
