As a Finisher, you will be responsible for adding the final touches to various products and ensuring they meet quality standards. This role requires a keen attention to detail and a strong understanding of the finishing process. You will work closely with other team members to complete finishing tasks efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect finished products for defects or imperfections
- Sand, polish, or buff surfaces of products to achieve desired finish
- Apply coatings or finishes using various techniques such as spraying, brushing, or dipping
- Use tools and equipment such as sanders, polishers, and spray guns
- Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Finisher or in a similar role
- Knowledge of different finishing techniques and materials
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds
