Job Title: Experienced Formworker in Ashdod

We are seeking an experienced Formworker to join our construction team in Ashdod. As a Formworker, you will be responsible for creating and setting up the forms that hold concrete in place during construction. This is a physically demanding job that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in various weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints to determine form specifications
- Cut, measure, and assemble wooden or metal forms according to specifications
- Secure forms with nails, bolts, or screws
- Pour and spread concrete into forms using hand tools
- Smooth and level concrete with trowels or screeds
- Remove forms after concrete has hardened
- Repair any damaged or misaligned forms as needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Formworker in the construction industry
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately
- Proficient in using hand tools such as saws, hammers, and drills
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials (up to 50lbs)
- Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions
- Biometric passport for travel purposes (if necessary)
- Must have a valid work permit for Israel (if non-Israeli citizen)
