We are in need of a skilled and experienced Concrete Worker to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As a Concrete Worker, you will be responsible for the preparation, pouring, and finishing of concrete structures. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month, and accommodation is provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare forms for pouring concrete and ensure they are properly aligned and secured
- Mix concrete according to specifications and pour it into forms
- Smooth out concrete using various tools such as trowels and screeds
- Finish concrete surfaces by applying sealants, coatings or polishing
- Monitor curing process and make necessary adjustments
- Inspect finished concrete work for defects or imperfections
- Follow safety procedures at all times to prevent accidents or injuries

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Concrete Worker or similar role
- Proven knowledge of concrete mixing ratios and techniques for different applications
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials and work on your feet for extended periods of time
- Adherence to safety protocols at all times
- Excellent teamwork skills
