Metal Fabricator in Ashdod, Israel

We are seeking a skilled Metal Fabricator to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As a Metal Fabricator, you will be responsible for crafting and repairing metal products using various tools and techniques. Your main duties will include cutting, shaping, and welding metal pieces according to specifications. This is a full-time job with a salary of 1600$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine project specifications
- Measure and mark dimensions on metal pieces using rulers, calipers, and other measuring tools
- Cut or shear metal pieces using saws, shears, or plasma cutters
- Shape metal pieces by bending, hammering, or pressing them into desired forms
- Weld or solder metal pieces together using various techniques such as mig welding or spot welding
- Smooth rough edges and welds using grinders and sanders to achieve desired finish
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy before delivering them to clients
- Repair damaged metal products by cutting out damaged parts and replacing them with new ones

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Metal Fabricator or similar role
- Proficient knowledge of reading blueprints and technical drawings
- Skilled in using hand and power tools relevant to the trade
- Familiarity with different types of metals such as steel, aluminum, and copper
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical stamina and strength to lift heavy objects
- Attention to detail with excellent manual dexterity
