Metal Worker

We are seeking a skilled metal worker to join our team in Ashdod. As a metal worker, you will be responsible for fabricating, repairing, and installing metal structures and components. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month, and we also offer free visa and ticket for non-local candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret technical drawings to determine the specifications of metal structures
- Measure, cut, shape, and assemble metal pieces using various tools and techniques
- Weld or solder components together to create finished products or repair damaged structures
- Inspect and test completed products to ensure they meet quality standards
- Install finished products on site according to specifications
- Collaborate with engineers and other team members to develop new designs or improve existing ones
- Maintain tools, equipment, and work area in a clean and organized manner

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a metal worker or similar role
- Ability to read technical drawings and use various measurement tools accurately
- Proficient in welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, arc welding
- Familiarity with different types of metals including steel, aluminum, copper
- Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy materials and equipment
- Attention to detail with excellent hand-eye coordination
- Good time management skills to complete projects within deadlines
- Willingness to follow safety procedures at all times

Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in welding or related field from a vocational school or apprenticeship program
- Previous experience working with industrial machinery or manufacturing processes
