Entry-Level Equipment Operator

As an Entry-Level Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment to perform various tasks at construction sites or other locations. Your main duties will include inspecting and maintaining equipment, following safety procedures, and completing assigned tasks efficiently and accurately. You will also have the opportunity to learn and develop new skills under the guidance of experienced operators.

To excel in this role, you should have a basic understanding of heavy equipment operations and be physically fit to work in outdoor environments. Attention to detail, good communication skills, and the ability to follow instructions are also essential for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Operate various types of heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, loaders, and cranes
- Inspect equipment before use and report any malfunctions or damages
- Follow safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment
- Complete assigned tasks efficiently and accurately
- Communicate with team members to coordinate work activities
- Maintain records of equipment usage and maintenance
- Attend training sessions to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Basic knowledge of heavy equipment operations preferred but not required
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in outdoor environments for extended periods
- Good communication skills in English (Hebrew is a plus)
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail
