A reputable construction company in Ashdod is seeking an experienced and skilled Equipment Operator to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience operating heavy equipment such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders. The ability to read and interpret blueprints and work independently is essential. This is an urgent job, so the candidate must be able to start immediately. The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently according to job specifications
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints to complete projects accurately
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience operating heavy equipment
