Entry-Level Equipment Operator

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Equipment Operator in Ashdod, Israel. As an Entry-Level Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of equipment, such as bulldozers, excavators, and loaders, to move materials around construction sites.

Responsibilities:
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently according to company procedures
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment
- Monitor equipment performance and report any malfunctions or issues
- Follow project plans and specifications to ensure accurate work
- Communicate with team members to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth operations
- Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols on job sites

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid equipment operator license or certification preferred
- Physical ability to operate heavy machinery for extended periods of time
- Good hand-eye coordination and depth perception
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors

Salary: $1600 per month (entry-level)
