A solar installer is responsible for installing and maintaining solar panels on residential and commercial properties. This position requires experience in the solar industry, as well as a strong understanding of electrical systems and construction processes. The ideal candidate should have a flexible schedule, as this is a contract job with the potential for long-term employment.

Responsibilities:
-Install solar panels on roofs or other designated areas according to company standards and safety regulations
-Perform routine maintenance and repairs on existing solar systems
-Evaluate site conditions and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal energy production
-Coordinate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely completion of installations
-Maintain accurate records of installation work, including photos and documentation of any issues or challenges encountered
-Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or questions from clients

Requirements:
-Previous experience in the solar industry, preferably in installation or maintenance roles
-Knowledge of electrical systems and ability to troubleshoot any issues that may arise during installations
-Familiarity with construction processes and ability to read blueprints and diagrams
-Must have own visa/work permit for employment in Ashdod, Israel
-Availability for urgent jobs or flexible work schedule as needed
-Physically fit and able to work at heights

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1400 per month, with potential for bonuses based on performance.
