Job Title: Architectural Technologist

We are seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join our growing team in Ashdod. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans for construction projects, ensuring that they comply with building regulations and standards. You will also collaborate with architects and engineers to develop innovative and functional designs.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed technical drawings and plans for construction projects
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and standards
- Collaborate with architects and engineers to develop functional designs
- Review design specifications to identify potential issues or improvements
- Communicate project progress to clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in design technology

Salary: $1800 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Ashdod (open to all nationalities)
