Job Title: Commercial Architect



A dynamic and innovative commercial architecture firm in Ashdod is seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial architecture, with excellent design skills and a passion for creating functional and aesthetically pleasing spaces.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs, goals, and budget for commercial projects
- Develop design concepts and solutions that meet client requirements and align with industry standards
- Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and cost estimates for commercial projects
- Oversee construction process to ensure designs are implemented accurately and efficiently
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any design or construction issues that arise
- Stay current on industry trends, materials, and technologies to continuously improve design processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in commercial architecture, preferably with a focus on retail or office spaces
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other industry standard software
- Strong design skills and ability to create innovative solutions within project constraints
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, contractors, and team members
- Familiarity with building codes, zoning regulations, and construction processes
- Biometric passport for international travel
