Commercial Architect



As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and warehouses. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and translate them into functional and aesthetically pleasing designs. This position requires strong technical skills in architectural design, project management, and communication.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements, goals, and budget
- Create detailed drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Develop design concepts that meet client needs while complying with building codes and regulations
- Oversee the construction process to ensure designs are executed accurately and efficiently
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively
- Communicate regularly with clients, contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in commercial architecture

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as a Commercial Architect with a portfolio of successful projects
- Strong proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members from diverse backgrounds
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Salary:
The salary for this position is $900 per month without accommodation. However, this may be negotiable based on experience.

Location:
This position is located in Ashdod. While preference will be given to local candidates, we welcome applicants from all nationalities who are eligible to work in Israel.
