We are seeking an ambitious and detail-oriented Architecture Manager to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the architectural design process, from concept development to construction completion. You will work closely with clients and project teams to ensure that designs meet their functional and aesthetic needs while staying within budget and adhering to building codes.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire architectural design process, from concept development to construction completion
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions that meet their requirements
- Work closely with project teams to ensure designs are feasible, cost-effective, and comply with building codes
- Oversee the creation of detailed drawings, models, and renderings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise during construction
- Review contractor bids and select suitable vendors for projects
- Track project budgets and timelines to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget
- Stay current on industry trends, building materials, and construction methods

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Proven experience as an Architectural Manager or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of architectural design principles, building codes, and construction processes
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with clients, team members, contractors, etc.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
