Senior Architect

Our firm is seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial buildings. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions to meet their requirements. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in architecture and possess strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects and designers to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and translate it into practical design solutions.
- Develop detailed architectural plans, blueprints, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Conduct site visits to oversee construction progress and ensure compliance with design specifications.
- Work closely with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the construction process.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in architecture technology.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited university.
- At least 5 years of experience working as an architect on various projects.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and best practices in architecture.
- Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD or Revit) as well as rendering software (SketchUp or V-Ray).
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and other professionals.
- Strong leadership skills to manage a team and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1200 per month. In addition to the competitive salary package, we also offer accommodation, free visa sponsorship, and roundtrip tickets for international candidates.

Location:
This is a full-time position based in Ashdod. Our office is conveniently located near public transportation options.
