ESL Teacher

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated ESL (English as a Second Language) Teacher to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As an ESL Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality English language instruction to students of various ages and levels.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare lessons according to the needs and abilities of students
- Deliver engaging, interactive, and student-centered lessons
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles
- Assess student progress and provide timely feedback
- Create a positive learning environment that promotes student participation and success
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop curriculum and improve teaching practices
- Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding student progress

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in TESOL, Education, or related field
- Teaching certification (TEFL/TESOL/CELTA)
- At least 2 years of experience teaching English as a second language to non-native speakers
- Native or near-native proficiency in English
- Knowledge of current teaching methodologies and techniques for language instruction
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
- Excellent communication skills
