Part-Time Executive Chef
Our restaurant in Ashdod is in need of a talented and experienced Executive Chef to join our team part-time. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, creating and developing menu items, and ensuring high-quality food and service for our guests. This position requires a biometric passport and is an urgent opening.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Create new and innovative menu items while also maintaining popular dishes
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to ensure quality standards are met
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies as needed
- Ensure all food safety regulations are followed at all times
- Collaborate with management to develop cost-effective menu plans
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen at all times
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant
- Excellent knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
- Ability to manage a team effectively
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Biometric passport required for this position
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Working Conditions:
This is a part-time position with flexible hours. Accommodation can be provided if needed. The salary for this position is $1000 per month.
