We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Temporary Restaurant Manager to join our team at a bustling restaurant in Ashdod. As the Temporary Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and managing the staff.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the restaurant's operations
- Ensure high quality of food and service is maintained at all times
- Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff members
- Create and maintain a positive work environment for employees
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer complaints and ensure their satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a managerial role in the restaurant industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent customer service skills
- Good understanding of budgeting and financial management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Fluent in Hebrew (and English - preferred)
- Available to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1700$ per month.
