Job Title: Temporary Restaurant Manager
As a Temporary Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant in Ashdod. You will be expected to ensure smooth and efficient functioning of the restaurant, as well as provide exceptional customer service. This is a temporary position with accommodation provided and free visa and ticket for all nationalities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all aspects of the restaurant including staff, inventory, and customer service
- Create schedules for staff, ensuring appropriate coverage during peak hours
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and standards
- Oversee food preparation and presentation to maintain quality and consistency
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Handle customer complaints or issues in a prompt and professional manner
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with other departments to promote restaurant events or specials
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in restaurant management role
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Excellent communication skills in English (Hebrew is an advantage)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
