Restaurant Manager (Seasonal)
As a Restaurant Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our restaurant in Ashdod. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that our guests have an exceptional dining experience by maintaining high levels of quality, service, and cleanliness. This is a seasonal job with a salary of 1200$ per month. We are looking for someone who is passionate about the food and beverage industry and has excellent communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and budgeting
- Train and supervise staff to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure it meets our standards
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items or specials
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality management role preferred but not required
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in English (Hebrew is a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Valid work permit or eligibility to work in Israel
