Clinical Dietitian - Ashdod


We are hiring a highly skilled Clinical Dietitian to join our team in Ashdod. As a Clinical Dietitian, you will be responsible for providing individualized nutrition counseling and education to patients with various medical conditions. You will work closely with healthcare professionals to develop and implement appropriate dietary plans and monitor patients' progress.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct nutrition assessments and create personalized meal plans for patients based on their medical history, current health status, and dietary preferences.
- Educate patients on the importance of proper nutrition and how it can positively impact their health.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop patient care plans.
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust meal plans as needed.
- Document patient information accurately and maintain confidentiality at all times.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of nutrition.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Clinical Dietitian.
- Registered Dietitian (RD) certification.
- Strong knowledge of medical nutrition therapy for various health conditions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Fluency in Hebrew or Russian.
