Entry Level Barista

We are hiring an enthusiastic and customer-focused Entry Level Barista to join our team at a busy coffee shop in Ashdod. As an Entry Level Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of coffee-based beverages, as well as providing excellent customer service. This position is suitable for individuals with no previous barista experience, but a passion for working in the food and beverage industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee-based beverages according to customer preferences
- Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of equipment and work area
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with customers and addressing their needs
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No previous barista experience required
- Excellent communication skills in English (Hebrew is a plus)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1500 per month.

Accommodation:
Accommodation will be provided for the successful candidate if needed.
