We are in need of an experienced and skilled Contract Construction Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects in Ashdod. This role is suitable for anyone with the required experience, regardless of nationality.

As a Contract Construction Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with contractors, subcontractors, and other team members to coordinate and oversee all aspects of the construction process.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Monitor progress and ensure that projects are on track
- Collaborate with contractors and subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship
- Negotiate contracts and manage budgets
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Communicate effectively with all team members and stakeholders
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
- Review project plans and specifications to identify potential issues or concerns

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and techniques
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Experience negotiating contracts and managing budgets
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong leadership abilities

We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month, along with a free visa and ticket for our international candidates. This is a contract position with the potential for extension based on performance.
