- Ensure all products are properly tagged, priced, and stocked on the sales floor
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate any restocking needs to the buying team
- Keep the store clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in retail or fashion is preferred
- Prior experience in merchandising or retail is a plus but not required
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members
- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
