Junior Merchandiser

We are a retail company in Ashdod looking for a Junior Merchandiser to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion and an eye for detail. As a Junior Merchandiser, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning and coordination of merchandise displays, managing inventory levels, and analyzing sales data. This is an entry-level position, so no experience is required. However, candidates with previous retail or fashion industry experience will be given preference.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating visually appealing displays to showcase merchandise
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and make recommendations for product placement
- Collaborate with the buying team to select merchandise that aligns with current trends and customer preferences
- Keep track of product pricing and promotions to ensure accuracy in store
- Communicate effectively with store managers to ensure merchandise is displayed correctly

Requirements:
- Passion for fashion and knowledge of current industry trends
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Biometric passport preferred but not required
