Sales Manager - Ashdod, Israel
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed sales targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Conduct market research to gather insights on customer needs and preferences
- Build strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Train and coach sales team members on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service
- Track sales performance metrics and provide reports on a regular basis
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Fluent in Hebrew (native speaker preferred)
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
